The member representing Ndokwa West in the State House of Assembly, Honourable Charles Emetulu, has promised his constituents effective representation that will make life more meaningful to them.
Honourable Emetulu, who made the promise in a chat with journalists in Asaba, said he would key into the stronger Delta agenda of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to attract more dividends of democracy to his constituents.
He said Ndokwa West had witnessed rapid transformation in the first four years of the Okowa administration especially in the areas of road construction, job and wealth creation, as well as reforms in the education and health sectors.
The law maker said he would continue to interface with Ndokwa West people at all levels to identify their critical needs and present them to the appropriate authorities for prompt attention for the overall good of the people.
Honourable Emetulu promised to regularly update his constituents with the policies and programmes of government and to ensure that they benefitted from every programme initiated by the state government.
. He promised to embark on periodic town hall meetings with his constituents to present his scorecards and tap into the rich ideas of the people with a view to giving everyone a sence of belonging in the discharge of his duties.
While appealing for the continued support of the people for the Okowa led government in its quest to create a stronger Delta State, Honourable Emetulu gave an assurance that Ndokwa West local government area would be a major beneficiary in government’s development programmes.
The law maker thanked the leaders and people of Ndokwa West local government area for their overwhelming support during the electioneering process and subsequent inauguration, even as he prayed for more of God’s blessings on them.
