Former representative of the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Honourable Ned Nwoko, has dedicated his recent victory in a pre-election case with Peter Nwaoboshi to God and his teeming supporters.
Honourable Nwoko, who was reacting to an Abuja Federal High Court judgment which nullified the emergence of Peter Nwaoboshi as the PDP candidate for the Delta north senatorial election, said it was an affirmation that truth would always prevail.
The generous politician said as a legal practitioner of international repute he saw the victory coming even before instituting the case and thanked the judiciary for living up to its role of addressing injustice.
Honourable Nwoko also thanked his teeming supporters for keeping faith in the struggle and urged them to be calm, hopeful and prayerful till the end of the judicial process.
He promised to do greater things than he did in the House of Representatives, stressing that his reason for seeking election into the Senate was to change the narrative of poor and clueless representation of the Delta north senatorial district in the nation’s Upper Legislative House.
